Firmware File upload failing

Builder Base LED not turning back on

Did you attempt to upload a firmware file to your Builder Base but then it failed and now your Builder Base status LED won’t turn back on?

This is because the Builder Base is stuck in the firmware upload, but it is still technically online. You can double check to see if this is the issue if you see that your Builder Base is online in the ‘Clients’ tab of your Q-Server but the status LED on the Builder Base is off.

To fix this issue go ahead and re-upload the firmware file. When it is complete the status LED should come back on!

Firmware Upload keeps failing

Are you trying to upload a firmware file but it won’t even begin to upload to your Builder Base or it keeps failing to complete the upload?

First, make sure that your Builder Base is not drawing too much power that it can’t do the upload. If you are running a project while trying to upload, try stopping the application or disconnect the hardware devices from the Builder Base before performing the upload.
