Upload firmware to a client

Introduction

There are two ways available to you to upload your firmware to a client. The firmware upload functionality is only available for Quantum Products like the Q-Client. You won’t be able to upload any firmware to a client that has been introduced through a 3-party gateway integration.

Upload from Client Menu

Navigate to the clients tab and identify the client you would like to upload a firmware to. Click the three dots at the end of the row to open the menu and click “Upload“. You will be presented with a dialog that lets you select between your available firmwares. Select your firmware and then click “Upload“ again.
