Import firmware

When you previously exported your firmware or you download a firmware file from a documentation page you can import the firmware back into your system. This also comes in handy when working together with other makers on one project. Navigate to the firmware screen and click the blue “Import“ button. You will be presented with a dialog in the next step. You can now either copy the source code into the editor or click the “Copy from File“ button at the bottom of the dialog. This will open another window where you can browse your local hard drive and select a firmware file. Click “Open“ and once you see the source code appear in the dialog you can press “Import“ to finish the import of your firmware file. The system will let you know if there are any errors with your firmware file definition.
