Problem

Some Builder Bases out of the box don’t support the I2C scan feature and will show you an error like this:

This feature has been introduced at a later point and is not included in some of the production Builder Bases right out of the box.

Solution

If this has happened to you, you simply have to upload any firmware either from our library or created by yourself. Afterwards the scan will run through and report the found addresses on the I2C bus.
