For this update we worked a lot on the beta user feedback. Thanks again for all your feedback! If you don’t see a fix on this list that you were expecting please let us know.

 

Added / changed:

  • Added notification that appears when app that uses a service/gateway is started without the service/gateway being activated

  • Renamed Marketplace to Library

  • Now Messages in the Device Debug are formatted correctly

  • Improved client selection dialog in firmware view

  • Licence Key is now called Serial Number everywhere

  • Added notice that the Q-Server has to be on the same network as the user

  • The i2c scan is now part of the Debug Menu

  • [Services] Changed the Infrared Emitter Widget and the Service - ! Re import Objects in App Builder !

  • Changed the behaviour of inPorts. Now the same Message can be send multiple times to a Port.

  • The Database Service Runs by default and now is a “internal” Quantum Service

  • Added multiple new Snippets (for example: Array, Loop Counter, Array Instance, Container and more…)

  • Added a Debug Switch to Applications that can be enabled to debug the App Message Flow

  • Removed CPU/RAM statistics from the qServer Settings Interface

During this release we have changed the label of multiple object ports if you encounter any issues during mapping make sure to re-create and re-upload the firmware and also re-add the objects inside the app builder.
