How does a Gateway work?
Gateways in general add Devices devices to your system that you can then interact with. Devices are usually defined by a set of Hardwarehardware. So let’s say you connect the Smartthings SmartThings Gateway all the Smartthing Devices SmartThings devices will be added to your Q-Server so that you can interact with them the way you are already familiar with. Gateways are deeply integrated in your System Q-Server so that you can use Third third party devices just like the you are using Q-Clients.
