Introduction

There are two ways available to you to upload your firmware to a client. The firmware upload functionality is only available for Quantum Products like the Q-Client. You won’t be able to upload any firmware to a client that has been introduced through a 3-party gateway integration.

Upload from Client Menu

To upload from the client Menu use the Action Item Upload on the client that Navigate to the clients tab and identify the client you would like to Upload your upload a firmware to. Then select the Firmware and hit Save.

Click the three dots at the end of the row to open the menu and click “Upload“. You will be presented with a dialog that lets you select between your available firmwares. Select your firmware and then click “Upload“ again.

Your upload is now started and might take a couple of minute. Follow the Progress inside the Notification minutes. You can move on to a different task and follow the progress of the firmware upload in the notification panel.

Upload from Firmware Menu

Select Actions for the Firmware and click Upload. Choose the client that Navigate to the firmware tab and identify the firmware you would like to upload. Click the three dots at the end of the row to open the menu and click “Upload“. You will be presented with a dialog that lets you select between your paired clients. Select the client you would like to upload your firmware to and then click Save. remember that you can only select a client that is not already uploading any other firmware. Now click “Upload“.
